RASM will collect a Local Service Center (LSC) fee for processing your application. Stellar MLS will reach out to you within 72 business hours of your membership approval with a link to view and pay your Stellar MLS membership fees.

RASM’s membership services department will notify you when your application has been processed. Once processed, Stellar MLS will email you with your MLS ID and link to activate your account and setup a password.
Requirements needed for processing an MLS Only Application
- Florida Real Estate license must be active with the DBPR and your
brokerage firm.
- Must hold an active membership with a Real Estate Associaiton/Board in
the state of Florida.
- Completed Membership Application
- Payment
